OK this is cool.........

I normally don't post things from my work but this one is too cool not to post.

I drew this up in Autocad and we had a foam guy here in JAX make up this thing.

It's a 1/4 of the part. Our fiberglass shop will pull a mold off this and make 4 pcs. to construct the final product.







And the funny thing about this thing is that it only weighs about 5 lbs.
