Judge: Hell has place for molester

MANCHESTERA judge sentenced a repeat child molester to 20 to 40 years in prison yesterday, calling him the worst she'd seen among "a lot of sick, creepy garbage" to pass through her courtroom.

Kevin Larrabee, 48, admitted in Hillsborough County Superior Court yesterday to two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.

Larrabee preyed on a 7-year-old with the knowledge of a relative who was also molesting the girl, victims' advocate Catherine McNaughton told the judge. Larrabee and the relative were using the child to fulfill their sick urges, McNaughton said.

"You shattered the lives of every member of this family," she told Larrabee.

Larrabee, a Maine resident who occasionally lived in Manchester, is due in U.S. District Court in Concord on Monday to plead guilty to two federal counts: interstate travel for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct and conspiracy.

The relative who made the child available is serving sentences identical to the ones Larrabee will serve. Both will be incarcerated in federal facilities for a minimum of 25 years.

Larrabee said he didn't want to address the court. But the judge, Gillian Abramson, spoke her mind about Larrabee's conduct.

Abramson called him evil and perverted and said he was destined to spend most of the rest of his life in prison until "the devil himself takes you to a special incinerator in hell where they burn trash like you."

I came across this story today and after contemplating why we even bother keeping sick F*#%s like this alive - they've already shown they can't live by laws of society, serve no good propose in society, and will reoffend - I wondered something else with regards to the Judges Devil/Hell comment.

When does the ACLU arrive to try and overturn his conviction on the claim the judge is interjecting religion into her court room?
